Gugubrand offers web design services, AI tools, lead generation, process automation, and digital marketing consulting. Specific details of each service are agreed upon individually with each client.

Pricing and Payments

Prices published on our site are referential. Final prices are confirmed in the proposal sent to the client. Payments are processed according to terms agreed upon in each individual contract.

Intellectual Property

Websites built for clients are the property of the client once payment is completed. Source code, AI tools, and systems developed by Gugubrand are the property of Gugubrand.

Limitation of Liability

Gugubrand shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Cancellations

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. One-time design payments are non-refundable once site construction has begun. Cancellations before work begins receive a full refund.
