What we collect

Only what you give us and the technical minimum to run the site:

• Free Analysis form: your email, your website URL, and (if provided) your name and business name.
• Waitlists and other forms: your email and whatever you choose to write us.
• Communications: anything you write us by email or contact forms.
• Site technical data: we use Google Analytics 4, which records pages visited, device type, and aggregate traffic data. No advertising cookies.
• Google Sign-In (onboarding portal only): if you sign in with Google we access only your name, email, and profile picture — never your contacts or files.

How we use it

• To deliver the Free Analysis you requested (that is what the form commits to).
• To reply to you and — with your permission — send you information about our services (every email includes unsubscribe).
• To operate and improve the site.

We never sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only service providers we need to operate, under confidentiality obligations: our hosting and email provider (Hostinger), Google (Analytics and, if you use it, Google Sign-In), and the form tools that process your submissions. Never with third parties for their own marketing.

Retention & your rights

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it. You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop emailing you: luis@gugubrand.com. We honor these requests for everyone, including California residents.

Do Not Track

Our site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Children

Our services are for businesses and not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
