Who we are

What we collect

Only what you give us and the technical minimum to run the site:

• Free Analysis form: your email and your website URL.
• Evaluations (Memory Score): your email, your website URL, your business name and segment; your Instagram account if you include it.
• Job applications: your name, email, phone, LinkedIn profile, your message, and your CV.
• Onboarding, waitlists, and other forms: your name, your email and, depending on the form, phone, business name and industry, service of interest, and whatever you choose to write us; also which campaign brought you here (UTM parameters).
• Communications: anything you write us by email or contact forms.
• Submission log: every form submission is recorded on our server along with the IP address it was sent from, as an anti-abuse control.
• Site technical data: we use Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies and identifiers to record pages visited, device type, traffic, and usage events (such as submitting a form), and Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are interacted with — clicks, scrolling, cursor movement — as heatmaps and session replays; Microsoft may process that data under its own privacy statement. On our link pages (such as /links) we log outbound clicks with IP, browser, and originating page. No advertising cookies.
• Payments & scheduling: payments are processed on Square’s secure page and appointments are booked with Calendly. Your card details go directly to Square — we never see or store them.

How we use it

• To deliver the Free Analysis or evaluation you requested (that is what the form commits to).
• To evaluate your application if you apply for a role.
• To reply to you and — with your permission — send you information about our services (every email includes unsubscribe).
• To operate and improve the site.

We never sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only service providers we need to operate, under confidentiality obligations: our hosting and email provider (Hostinger); Google (Analytics, and the Google spreadsheets and mailboxes where we record and receive form submissions); Microsoft (Clarity); the form tools that process your submissions (EmailJS); Square (payments); Calendly (scheduling); and Telegram, which we use only as an internal alert channel when a form comes in. Never with third parties for their own marketing.

Retention & your rights

We keep your information while our relationship with you lasts, or only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it. You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete your information, to object to our use of it, or to stop emailing you: luis@gugubrand.com — we respond within a reasonable time. We honor these requests for everyone, including California residents.

Do Not Track

Our site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Children

Our services are for businesses and not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes

Updates will be posted here with their date; material changes will be announced on the site.
